| Our client is a generalist recruitment company with a strong presence in the Midlands, North and Northwest. The company has had a stable senior management team, with a track record of steady growth and development into several sectors. The role is take the Leicester location, lead a team of consultants and capture the local business in both temp and Perm markets, within commercial, industrial, technical etc. The premises are about to relocate to a very modern office in the heart of the business district. This role requires; - an enthusiasm for sales and development, getting out locally to meet and network with the clients - ability to train and develop a team of consultants, by example, as well as structured training and mentoring (there is a comprehensive internal training programme also) - commit to a high standard of delivery of service to existing and future clients - energy and tenacity Salary £40k OTE + car + benefits |
Our client is a successful Commercial Director within a well branded group. The role is to take the Manchester location and lead it in a strategic and focused way. The market sector is the hgher value end of the Commercial arena and the existing business is stable and secure. There is tremendous scope for development here - a real opportunity for an individualistic senior sales manager to take this location and take it to the next level - a multi sector business centre. The investment is available to continue with the development of multiple vertical markets, with managers/team leaders heading each area. The successful candidate will have experience of, at the very leats, a large single operation, or multi site business. A real forward planner, with a keen eye on sales and superior people management skills is needed for this role. A basic salary of up to £40k + car/car allowance and a range of benefits, plus an exceptionally high paying bonus scheme will be on offer. |
