Based in the centre of Glasgow, this role is with a national specialist recruiter to the Industrial sector. There are 2 Consultants in situ - one very experienced person and one fairly new to the company; the location is performing well, is ahead of budget and will generate bonus from day one. The opportunity is for a manager who understands the sector, is a good mentor and can develop strong local relationships within the business community.Salary up to £36k basic with a full benefits package and current bonus potential circa £5k.
Working in the Interim Specialists arena, this role is for an experienced, high input, self-starting individual, with a strong network within City of London investment banking circles. This role would suit avery independent person, who likes the freedom of writing their own business plan and having the financial support and investment to deliver it. State of the art technical infrastructure and an environment fuelled on success. May suit a person form a search background, looking for more ’elbow’ room in an operation.
Senior Temporaries Manager - City of London

A unique opportunity for a manager within the Temps arena, probably coming from a multi site operation, or one large single site location. The role is to form a flagship operation within the City for a large national brand, developing one single focus for the supply of Temps/Contract staff, within the London arena. The requirement is for a person with experience of setting up new teams of Temps Consultants within several sectors, developing and accessing new markets and  expanding service offerrings. The passion and drive to shape a new project will be very evident in your track record.This is a bespoke role, and will have it’s own bonus scheme, considerable financial investment and the backing of the board of directors. This is a tremendous opportunity for a hands-on people manager, who will lead the sales efforts and be fully involved in service delivery - a full 360 recruiter. The sector of supply is the IT arena, but experience of that specialism is not necessary - your track record in winning business as well as managing consultants’ performance effectively will be the key factors for this client. This is a privately-owned business, so there will be discussions around shares in the package also. The ideal person will be a self-starter, able to work to an agreed strategy effectively and consistently.
Divisional Manager - Finance, London
Quite a unique situation in that our client has built a very successful and financially robust  business, supplying into a specific market. They have established a clear brand leadership in this sector and are now looking to expand the services available to that market. The target is Financial Services to this specific market sector - qualified and part-qualified accountants, finance directors, back office finance functions etc. This would represent a ’Commerce & Industry’ role within the purist Finance sector. There will of course be a large existing client base to develop in the first instance and the opportunity to expand that further with larger volume business and even some  RPO opportunities. The successful candidate will have a strong track record with the Finance arena and will be keen to grow a division, with full hands-on involvement, as well as recruiting and developing a team of consultants. They will have full ownership of this division and the financial investment available to recruit and grow the business.
