As Operations Director for one of the largest global recruitment organisations Quigs has experience of working to the highest industry standards with a broad cross section of client organisations. She has taken those standards and applied them to the operational strategy of Max Consultancy. Working with a small hand-picked team of like minded individuals, it quickly became apparent that this consultancy could provide something unique - a service offering which is completely client and candidate focused, not driven by ''numbers'', but purely by customer satisfaction.
